"Exciting flavors" are the promise of Melone's Culinary Public House when it opens in February at 2360 Old Mill Loop (next to Starbucks) in River-stone.

Menu items will include a signature New York-style burger, buttermilk and beer-battered fish, seasonal salads, flank steaks with special sauces, kabobs with Moroccan spiced chicken, fresh swordfish with seasonal vegetables and several sliders of bleu cheese, bacon burgers, banh mi, rueben, baby lamb chops, pistachio pesto and street tacos.

The decor of comfort and warmth will surround seating for 60 customers at tables, booths and a bar that will offer strong craft beer and boutique wines. With about 12 employees, hours will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday.

Tacos Reynoso at Stateline

A casual, quick service claiming to have "the best tacos in Idaho" is featured at Tacos Reynoso. This Mexican dining option has opened at 6902 Seltice Way next to the El Patio Bar and Liberty Gas in Stateline.

Hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays. Phone-in orders to 412-2785 may be picked up later. The Tacos Reynoso on Government Way is no longer open.

Senti Bella, a store for women

Meaning "feel beautiful" in Italian, Senti Bella is a new store offering intimate apparel and loungewear in traditional and hard-to-find sizes.

"Every woman deserves to feel beautiful, and it is our mission to have something for every size," said Toni Cartiglia, owner of the new store in Silver Lake Mall. "We carry bras from A cup to G cup."

Physzique Fitness opens Jan. 5
