New agents join Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty

Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty announced the addition of two new agents: Chet Morris and Kim Stearns.

* Morris is a North Idaho native who brings with him 11 years of sales experience as a business owner. He has also built custom homes and has experience with real estate development. Morris is an avid snowmobiler and enjoys the outdoors.

* Stearns has been with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty as a licensed agent since August. Previously, she was executive director of the Panhandle Parks Foundation. Stearns earned the "big pond" award for all of her sales activities for the past four months. She recently received certification in pricing, negotiations and 1031 exchanges. A resident of Coeur d'Alene since 1994, Stearns enjoys hiking, running, boating and visiting her favorite place in Idaho - Priest Lake - with her two children and husband.
