FAMILIES: Benefit from nice surprise

Thank you to the Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites on Seltice. They gave the families of Family Promise a nice surprise over the holidays when they donated rooms for them to stay. The families enjoyed the hotel accommodations Dec. 22-28. The hotel also provided two meals, Best Western Plus Coeur d'Alene Inn provided a meal, Northstar Retirement home provided a meal, and the Deacons at First Presbyterian purchased gift cards for meals from Caruso's and Red Robin.

The board and staff of FPNI would also like to thank Panhandle Kiwanis Club for providing a Christmas party and gifts for the families just before Christmas.

The kindness and generosity of these businesses, church and charitable works club were especially appreciated during the holiday season because the families that come to work and live with us have earned some wishes to come true while they strive toward sustainable housing.
