HEROIN: Lost son but not his soul
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 10 years, 11 months AGO
My husband and I, as well as my parents met Pastor Tim Remington in 2010. Our son Brock went through the Good Samaritan Ranch June through August 2010. He then relapsed two months later and did another 30 days at the Ranch. He then went on a six-month Capp Ryder. It was during that time that my son led 25 young men to Christ.
My son loved Pastor Tim and loved Jesus with all of his heart. Six months later my son relapsed and died of a heroin overdose. The night he died several young people were saved and gave their life to Jesus.
My family and I know, as well as Pastor Tim, that Brock repented for his sins and was saved.
My husband and I mourn his loss everyday but we owe Pastor Tim so much for bringing Brock to Jesus.
The last time I checked, Paula Johnson, I pay for my groceries, gas, power, mortgage, etc. each month. There is no price to get Jesus into your heart; you just have to open your heart to him.
Bottom line, it was my son’s time, and God has certainly put a peace over me because Brock was born again, saved and baptized.
Pastor Tim is the REAL DEAL and do not forget it.
