Sharon Larson, 73, of Odessa, Texas

Sharon Ann Larson, 73, of Odessa, Texas, passed away Thursday, Feb. 13, 2014.

She was born Feb. 3, 1941,  in Greycliff, Mont.

She married the love of her life in 1960, Larry Larson of Kalispell.

She was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dora and Erven Clawson; her husband, Larry; her brother, Bobby; and three sisters, Vicky, Linda and Sissy.  

She is survived by three daughters, Beth (Mike) Griffin of Midland, Texas, Janet Larson, of Odessa, Texas, and April (Roy) Rosas of Odessa; her sister, Evelyn (Jack)  Nygard of Marble Falls; and Kathy Stringham of Cedar City, Utah.

She also is survived by 13 grandchildren,three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She lived in Montana until she moved to Texas in 2009.  She was always overflowing with the love she had for animals, with her main love being her cats, Mokey and Mini.

She had a vast knowledge of America, Montana and her family history.

She loved being a grandma at local elementary schools where she would help the children learn and have a lasting impact on their lives.

Funeral services are directed by Schnackenberg & Nelson Funeral Home in Libby at 1 p.m. Friday, Feb.  21, 2014.
