Trial ordered in felony battery

SANDPOINT — A Priest River man was ordered Wednesday to stand trial for kicking another man in the face and breaking his jaw during a bar brawl last October.

Davis Wayne Score is charged with aggravated battery, a felony. He is scheduled to be arraigned in 1st District Court on March 3.

Witnesses testified at a preliminary hearing that the alleged victim instigated the brawl by punching Score and other patron’s at Lou’s Tavern last October.
