Kootenai County Sheriff

Friday

10:40 a.m.: A green backpack, an orange bag, an Apple iPad and two Garmin GPS units with a total value of about $1,300 were reported stolen from a 2015 Dodge parked in the driveway of a residence in the 53400 block of North Old Highway 95 near Rathdrum.

Monday

12:26 a.m.: A gold ring and gold earrings with a total value of about $7,000 were reported stolen from a residence in the 11600 block of Nunn Road near Rathdrum.

Portfolio Recovery Associates L. L. C., v. Jacob Vick, seeking payment of $5,128.88.

Madson, 25, Spokane Valley: 120 days in jail, two years determinate penitentiary time and three years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $650.50 in fines, $403.99 restitution, 150 hours community service and two years six months probation for grand theft by unauthorized control.
