Western B divisional basketball tournament starts Wednesday

Undefeated and top-ranked Bigfork will face St. Ignatius on Wednesday at 6 p.m. in a quarterfinal boys basketball game at the Western B divisional tournament in Hamilton.
Bigfork (20-0) is the top seed from District 7B. St. Ignatius is the fourth seed from District 6B.
Divisional actions starts a day later for the eighth-ranked Bigfork girls. The Valkyries open quarterfinal action on Thursday at 11:20 a.m. versus Ronan. The Valkyries (16-4) are the top seed from 7B. Ronan is the fourth seed from 6B.
Boys semifinal play is Thursday evening with the championship game Friday at 9:15 p.m.
Girls semifinal games will take place Friday evening with the championship game Saturday at 8:45 p.m.
The top two teams advance to the state tournament next month.
