ROYAL CITY - The Royal Methodist Church will host the 4th Annual Community Chili Feed this Saturday, March 1, at the Royal Community Center at the golf course on Dodson Road.

According to church member Alice Parker, chili will be served from 5-7 p.m. The menu will include chili, hot dogs, chili dogs, salad, corn bread, ice cream and brownies.

Over the past years the church has put on a new roof, replaced the carpet in the downstairs with tile and put in a new furnace with contributions received at the chili feeds. The church's next goal is to make the church handicapped accessible, Parker said.
