SANDPOINT — Sandpoint Police arrested two Spokane men early Monday morning in connection with a string of fuel thefts at Gas & Go.

Phillip Jay Ragland and Ronald Hanley Thompson Jr. are each charged with single counts of grand theft and two counts of petty theft. The duo made an initial appearance in Bonner County Magistrate Court on Tuesday.
