7:07 a.m. A suspicious man in a dark coat appeared out of the woods near U.S. 93 South. He was walking around a car lot.
12:38 p.m. A group of skiers and snowboarders were jibbing a rail on private property on Miles Avenue. They were gone when police arrived.
11:37 p.m. A guest at a condo on Central Avenue complained about the hot dog vendor playing loud music.
Tuesday, Dec. 31
2 a.m. An intoxicated man in a black ski cap was banging on the windows of a restaurant on U.S. 93 South. He was taken to a motel for the night.
2:08 a.m. Guests at a hotel on U.S. 93 West were kicked out after several noise complaints.
2:21 a.m. Guests at a hotel on U.S. 93 West were knocking over furniture and refused to go to their room.
8:34 a.m. Two shotguns and a rifle were reported missing from a garage on Idaho Avenue.
3:07 p.m. Report of a woman seen running around a yard on Baker Avenue. The reporting caller was concerned because her house had been broken into several times.
5:40 p.m. Kids were throwing firecrackers at cars on East 2nd Street.
9:56 p.m. Report of two young lovers in a vehicle parked at the end of Texas Avenue.
Wednesday, Jan. 1
12:30 a.m. A couple of men being boneheads on Spokane Avenue were counseled by police.
12:32 a.m. Fireworks reported on Karrow Avenue.
12:58 a.m. An ambulance was called after a man was found lying on the floor in the back of a bar on Central Avenue.
1:22 a.m. Report of a woman passed out on the footpath near the viaduct. She was taken to a motel.
2:38 a.m. An intoxicated man in a Lakers shirt walked into an apartment on Central Avenue.
3:23 a.m. Police counseled two disorderly women staying at a hotel on U.S. 93 South.
4:23 p.m. A resident on West 7th Street wanted to file a complaint about the icy roads.
7:53 p.m. A yellow lab was running loose near the golf course.
Thursday, Jan. 2
12:42 p.m. A resident complained about people sledding at the park off Ramsey Avenue.
6:50 p.m. Report of a woman who stole a sweatshirt from a store on U.S. 93 South then punched the store owner.

1:39 a.m. Report of three women fighting in front of a bar on Central Avenue.
6:59 a.m. Report of a suspicious census worker on Shiloh Avenue.
Saturday, Jan. 4
1:43 a.m. Police chased three boys through the kiddie park after a traffic stop.
8:01 a.m. A snow plow was stuck on West 7th Street.
11:17 p.m. Report of a group of 5-7 men fighting in front of a bar downtown.

1:29 p.m. Cars were spinning out on ice in front of the Wave.
5:01 p.m. Two vehicles slid off East Edgewood Drive. The road was very icy.
6:04 p.m. A vehicle slid off Armory Road near the intersection with Second Street.

Rehberg to attend rally for Jesus statue
Montana Rep. Denny Rehberg will attend a public rally in Whitefish on Nov. 10 in support of the World War II statue of Jesus on Big Mountain. Rehberg will be at the VFW Post 276 on Baker Avenue at 1 p.m.
