Idaho's Baker tabbed for
Medal of Honor Bowl
James Baker, who played running back at Idaho for the past two seasons, has been selected to play in the Medal of Honor Bowl - an all-star game for college seniors.
Baker is one of three running backs competing for the National Team, which is led by head coach Chan Gailey. Each team is composed of 50 players from across the nation. The majority of the players are from FBS and FCS programs, although select players of other divisions are invited.
The game kicks off Saturday at 11 a.m. PST at Johnson Hagood Stadium in Charleston, S.C., and benefits the Wounded Warrior Project and the Medal of Honor Museum.
Baker, a native of Deerfield, Fla., finished his career at Idaho with 983 rushing yards and 1,236 all-purpose yards.

2014 football schedule
PULLMAN - The Pac-12 Conference has released its 2014 schedule and Washington State will host five conference games in Martin Stadium, along with a season-opening contest against Rutgers for The Seattle Game.
The Cougars open in The Seattle Game against Rutgers on Aug. 28 at CenturyLink Field. The game marks the first meeting against Rutgers, which begins play in the Big Ten Conference this season.
Portland State, Oregon, California, Arizona, USC and Washington are scheduled to visit Pullman this season.
A meeting with two-time defending Pac-12 champion Stanford is Friday, Oct. 10 in Stanford, the lone non-Saturday game during conference.
USC returns to Martin Stadium for the first time since the 2010 season when the Cougars host the Trojans on Nov. 1.
After being played on Fridays the past two years, this season's Apple Cup returns to a Saturday, when WSU hosts Washington on Nov. 29.
