Sunday

7:37 p.m.: Stereo equipment valued at $1,000 was reported stolen from the trunk of a 1996 Volkswagen Jetta parked on Tessa Way near Dakota Avenue in Hayden.

Monday

8:13 a.m.: Copper wire valued at $8,300 was reported stolen from several commercial vehicles parked at the gravel pit behind a business near the 2400 block of West Highway 53 near Hayden.

Jamie A. Mears-Ralston, 34, Coeur d'Alene: Two years determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $860.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years probation for probation violation.

Tara L. Rader, 23, Spokane: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and two years indeterminate time with credit for time served, penitentiary suspended, $860.50 in fines, 100 hours community service and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine).
