PHD: Thanks for successful dental party

Panhandle Health District (PHD) thanks Crosswalk North Idaho, and particularly Community Liaison Punit Dave, for a successful dental party for teens on Jan. 3. Dental hygienists from PHD screened teeth at no cost to families, and provided dental sealants and fluoride varnish to protect against decay. More than 70 percent of the participating youth received vouchers for needed follow-up care.
