Sandpoint parking sending shoppers to Ponderay

Another gripe about paying for parking close to the Sandpoint Farmers Market. The parking stripes are so close together behind Connie’s, car occupants hardly can get out of their cars let along market merchants trying to get between these cars with large coolers of veggies and five-gallon buckets of flowers, etc.

Come on, Sandpoint City Council. Don’t you realize you are making Sandpoint a cutesie tourist and Realtor town?

Now we have the byway and we can go directly to Ponderay and have free parking and box stores to shop at and a good grocery store with better prices.

Is this the reason you are considering allowing commercial businesses in some residential areas? Make an industrial park on Great Northern Road; that is all that area is suited for.
