The Moses Lake 9U All-Stars completed their season over the July 4 weekend at the North Washington Cal Ripken 9U State Tournament as the first runner-up.

Moses Lake fell short of a state championship, losing to a strong Lynden team in the championship game, 11-1.

The team opened up the tourney by defeating Bellingham with a score of 20-2. They also beat Eastmont 12-11, Wenatchee 20-7 and Ellensburg 7-0, during the three-day outing.

Moses Lake finished with an overall record of 16-5 on the season.
