ROYAL CITY - As in past years, Columbia Basin Health Association will have a presence in the Royal City SummerFest - parade and park.

The key figure will be Healthcare Howie, mascot of the CBHA whose goal it is to inspire healthful living for children and their families. He'll be riding on his special custom trailer.

"We're excited to walk the parade and have a booth at this year's Summerfest again," CBHA Clinic Manager Rebecca Wolfs said. "We love being part of the festivities here. The kids love Howie and he loves them back."

SummerFest visitors are invited to stop by the CBHA tent in the park after the parade.

There will be dental, eyecare, nursing and support services staff there to greet them.

"We will also have giveaways," Wolfs said. "Be sure to stop by and enter for a chance to win a special CBHA rolling cooler."
