Trout Creek resident pronounced dead after collision on Highway 200

SANDERS COUNTY - Jon North, a Trout Creek resident was killed in a collision on Highway 200 near mile marker 40 on Monday, June 30.

North was pronounced dead on the scene after his vehicle drifted into the westbound lane where a truck driver collided with the small SUV.

The driver of the truck was not injured. Volunteers from the Trout Creek Rural Fire District responded to the scene and extricated North.
