DOG: Shot wounds police credibility

I have to reply to the news of another lapse in judgment made by our police department.

How pathetic to shoot first. How about using pepper spray or a taser if the officer felt threatened? A refresher course is in order for the local “law enforcement” departments.

All this over a report of a suspicious person observing children, behind Java on Sherman. Give me a break.

Did everybody’s GED expire at the same time? We can add officer pit bull to the dubious achievements list, along with deputy “nickel bag.”

To Serve and Protect? Just a quaint expression from the last century.

If it didn’t have such a tragic outcome, it would be a joke.

I’m as proud of our local law enforcement as I am of Richard Butler. Yeah Core d’Alene!
