Minimum bids set in Idaho Club auction

SANDPOINT — The minimum bid for the Idaho Club golf course and 176 undeveloped lots will be at least $1.7 million, according the Bonner County Treasurer’s Office.

The 18-hole Jack Nicklaus-signature course and lots, formerly owned by Pend Oreille Bonner Development, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder on Wednesday, July 9. The auction starts at 10 a.m. in the Bonner County Administration Building, located at the corner of U.S. Highway 2 and Division Avenue.
