Clark Fork Delta work drifting toward fall start

CLARK FORK — A sweeping project to restore the eroding Clark Fork Delta is tracking toward a November starting date, according to the Idaho Department of Fish & Game.
“We’re working through the final stages of NEPA,” said Fish & Game’s Panhandle region supervisor Chip Corsi, referring to the National Environmental Policy Act.
