Glacier Eye Clinic in expansive new space

With more patients and correspondingly more doctors than ever before, Kalispell’s Glacier Eye Clinic has completed its move to a larger facility.
The clinic now occupies 16,000 square feet in the new facility at 175 Timberwolf Parkway near Glacier High School.
Also in the building is Glacier Optical, occupying 1,410 square feet, and approximately 4,000 square feet of space available for lease.
According to Michelle Goodman, Glacier Eye Clinic office manager, the move from the old location on Heritage Way was forced by growing patient and doctor needs.
“After hiring our new pediatric ophthalmologist, we were in need of space,” she said. “And we have hired two clinical staff members since the move.”
The clinic employs four ophthalmologists and two optometrists, according to www.glaciereyeclinic.com.
The first patients in the CTA Architects and Engineers and Martel Construction-collaborated building were accepted May 5. The new facility offers 21 exam rooms and two dedicated pediatric exam rooms as well as a full-service optical area and procedure room.
Soundproofing and large windows providing ample natural light should make for a pleasant patient experience, Goodman said.
“As our practice continues to grow and we serve a larger area of Montana, our new clinic allows us to serve patients more comfortably.”
