Alex James Robles passed away June 7, 2014, in Post Falls, Idaho.

Alex was born March 15, 1993, in Oswego, N.Y., to Angela Robles and Alejandro “Alex” Robles. He moved to Rathdrum with his mother, Angie, when he was 3 months old.

Alex was attending North Idaho College (NIC) and was studying to be a Criminal Defense Attorney. He was all about helping others and doing what he could to further the lives of others while keeping his family and friends a priority and close to his heart.

Alex was lucky enough to be blessed with two mothers – Angela Robles and Rhonda McCarthy - who loved and cared for him above all else. He was also blessed with two sisters in Monique McCarthy and Desiree McCarthy, and with a great friend and brother in Bubba Murillo.

Alex most enjoyed snowboarding, skateboarding, playing football, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed many things, including landscaping and dry walling, but most of all, Alex just enjoyed living life to the fullest. He also enjoyed riding the Harley with Aunt Kathy. True Biker!

Alex was the proud godfather to Adelaynah Murillo  and Conley Murillo. He was truly special, and brightened the lives of all the other people he came into contact with – whether just passing on the street or as a lifetime friend, he touched us all.

Alex, you are loved and will always be missed, but will always be with us in our hearts and souls. God bless us and be with us, because Alex always will be.

There will be a gathering to honor Alex at 4 p.m., Friday, June 13, at the Coeur d'Alene City Park. Please visit Alexander's memorial and sign his online guestbook at www.yatesfuneralhomes.com
