"I could not use my shoulder at all. I was in so much pain. I could not stretch it out or lay on it. I can now do everything I could not do before. No pain, it is healed now and I can use it again without hurting. They are all nice people at Pinnacle and they really worked with me. I would only come back to this place. They really care about you." - L.W.

"I can walk, hop and jump. I am much stronger in my right leg in general, and have no pain or discomfort in my knee. Psychologically I am regaining confidence in my right knee, and feeling that it will support me and act predictably. I didn't feel I could depend on it too much when I first started physical therapy." - D.R.

"I came here needing help with my left wrist, which was immobile. It hurt very much. Now I can sew, work in my garden and paint my outdoor tables. My doctor gave me a list of names of physical therapy places to go to. I chose this one; it was a good move. All people at Pinnacle are very nice. My therapist never let me slack off and encouraged me to continue." - L.W.

Pregnancy-related lower back pain can be due to postural changes, ligament laxity due to the release of the hormone relaxin, and weight gain resulting in decreased stability of the back and hips.

Suffering from knee pain?

Knee pain can be caused by disease or by injury. Knee pain can restrict movement, affect muscle control in the sore leg, and reduce the strength and endurance of the muscles that support the knee. The most common disease affecting the knee is osteoarthritis, which is caused by the cartilage in the knee gradually wearing away, resulting in pain and swelling.
