SANDPOINT — Bonner County’s ousted EMS chief is seeking $3 million in damages for wrongful termination.
Rob Wakeley was dismissed last month following a disciplinary hearing conducted by county commissioners.
Commissioners declined to say why Wakeley was fired. Wakeley has also declined to comment, although his legal counsel contends Wakeley fell out of favor with commissioners and fired for political reasons.
