An employee called the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office from a business on U.S. 2 in Evergreen Sunday to report there had been a man tearing up the business’s bathroom, and the man had been in the bathroom for about two hours. The man ended up leaving the bathroom under the care of a friend.

There was a report of a dog dragging a cinder block around on U.S. 2 in Hungry Horse. A man ended up securing the dog and the cinder block to a post to keep the dog from going into traffic.

A man was refusing to let his ex-girlfriend into a residence on U.S. 2 east of Columbia Falls. At one point, he was throwing her belongings onto the front yard.

A man calling from Summit Avenue in the Somers area reported that a dog killed five chickens and two turkeys on his property. When the dog’s owners are located, they will be cited.

There was a report of two sheep running loose along U.S. 2 west of Kalispell.

An intoxicated man was seen stumbling around a bar on U.S. 93 in Lakeside.

A person calling from a business on U.S. 2 west of Columbia Falls reported that a gas line on a vehicle had been cut while the business was closed.

The manager of a business on Montana 35 in Evergreen reported there was an intoxicated woman who was refusing to leave and making threats against the manager. She was transported to another location.

A property owner on East Cottonwood Drive reported that a woman was trespassing on a pasture, and when property owner asked her to leave she started screaming at the reporting party.

There was a report of a bear chasing deer around in the vicinity of a church camp in the Lake Blaine area. The matter was referred to Fish, Wildlife and Parks.

A man calling from a residence on U.S. 2 in Evergreen reported catching another man trying to enter the residence through a window. The caller said he yelled at the man who then fled the scene.

An employee at a casino in Evergreen reported there was an unwanted intoxicated man harassing female customers. The man ended up leaving on his own.

Monday, at about 12:15 a.m., a person calling from Bernard Road reported seeing someone trying to get into vehicles, and the reporting party scared the thief off.

Kalispell Police got a report Sunday at about 2:30 a.m. from a Lone Pine Road resident who said two unknown men walked into his house, apparently by mistake. The caller’s roommate got the men to leave.

Someone encountered a man passed out on the sidewalk near a hotel on U.S. 93 South. The man was at the wrong hotel, and he was assisted in getting to the hotel he was supposed to be at.

An employee at a store on West Idaho Street caught a group of teens stealing beer.

There was a report of a man hitting people with his fists and a stick at a location Sixth Avenue West. The man left the scene and could not be located.

There was a report of a man and woman having an altercation at a  hotel on U.S. 93 South. The man was told that he can no longer stay at the hotel.

A person calling from West Idaho Street reported that a man had vandalized a dog kennel, tearing tarps and a sign off it.

Monday morning, a person calling from Third Avenue East reported the theft of an entire cluster of mailboxes. Apparently, the cluster was struck by a vehicle over the weekend and soon after the damaged mailboxes were removed.

There was a report of a motorcycle being stolen from a trailer on Eighth Avenue East.

There was a report of a wheel and tire coming off a pickup truck, causing it to roll into a ditch off U.S. 93 North. Nobody was hurt in  the accident.

A woman reported that her cell phone was stolen while she was shopping in a store on U.S. 93 South.

A woman calling from Sixth Avenue East reported that someone cut a hole in her fence, and her dog was missing.

Whitefish Police assisted the Montana Highway Patrol in getting a man to comply with a blood draw at the hospital Sunday. The man was arrested for drunk driving.

Someone reported encountering a naked man in a bathroom at the train depot. The man didn’t know where he was, apparently, and he eventually got dressed and he was assisted in getting a hotel room.

There was a report of disorderly intoxicated man breaking a  sign in front of a Central Avenue business. The man ended up providing money to fix the sign.
