MOSES LAKE - The Moses Lake Walleyes continued their rough stretch after dropping three games at the MacNamara Tournament this weekend.

Moses Lake (4-13) has now lost six games in a row.

The Walleyes began their tournament run against the Port Angeles Wilder.

Despite seven strong innings from Anthony Longmire, Moses Lake fell in its opener, 7-1.

Jared Haddican provided the lone RBI for the Walleyes. Longmire struck out five batters and recorded one of the Walleyes' two hits.

A four-run seventh inning rally wasn't enough for Moses Lake and the Walleyes fell in their second game of the tournament against Bellingham, 13-10.

Defense plagued Moses Lake as the team committed five errors on the day.

Cain Valdez pitched 5 1/3 innings for the Walleyes, striking out two batters. Valdez also added two RBIs.

However, it was Micah Sanchez who kept Moses Lake within striking distance with four RBIs against Bellingham.

The Walleyes looked to salvage their tournament against Lewis and Clark. However, a nine-run fourth inning allowed the visitor's to take a 12-4 lead after trailing 4-3 at the beginning of the frame.

Lewis and Clark won going away, 13-6.

Cristian Lopez and Cade Tunstall provided two hits each for the Walleyes.

Moses Lake will look to end its skid June 25 on the road against the Apple Valley Blues.
