Mosquitoes are thick in Moses Lake, reader claims

I am curious to know if the Mosquito Control is on vacation?

I live in the city limits and the mosquitoes are so thick in the evening, we are unable to enjoy our deck.

I discussed this with one of the board members and was told that they have some issues and one of them is that the Department of Fish and Wildlife will not let them spray because of some frogs that are an endangered species and the spray may be harmful to the frogs.

I say to heck with the frogs, let's worry about the people!
