Jonnie Musgrove Davis, 73, devoted and loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family and loved ones on June 23, 2014, at Kalispell Regional Medical Center in Kalispell.
She was born on June 16, 1941, in Shawnee, Okla., to Pierce Clyde and Fae Musgrove.
Jonnie was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints who spent her life dedicated to helping others with a smile on her face and a twinkle in her eyes. She was president of the Campfire girls in Oklahoma and Montana, Webelos and Cub Scout leader, primary teacher and Relief Society nursery leader in Kalispell.
Jonnie was survived by her sons, Billy and Shawn Davis; 11 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, PC and Jan Musgrove; nieces, Tiffany Musgrove and Kari Musgrove; nephew, Josh Musgrove; and numerous friends.
DeLisa Davis Willis, daughter of Jonnie Davis, passed away peacefully only three days after her Mom on June 26, 2014. Best friends in life, “they are now together forever.”
A celebration of their lives will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ Latter-day Saints located at 1380 Whitefish Stage, Kalispell. A small reception will follow.
