POST FALLS - Post Falls High students will present Culture and Arts Night on Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the school.

The event includes Empty Bowls, a fundraiser for the Post Falls Food Bank. Students have made bowls for the event. For a suggested donation of $6 per bowl, attendees will have soup and take home the bowl.

"Our students hope participants take their empty bowls home to remind them of the empty bowls in our community and around the world," said Amber Steele Poelstra, PFHS ceramic arts teacher.

This year's event will have a Mardi Gras theme with face painting and an art show.

There will also be multi-cultural foods and drama displays at the event.

Entertainment will be provided by PFHS music students and local dancers.

Canned food donations for the food bank will be accepted.
