SANDPOINT — If there’s one thing that can be said about the life of Patrick Orton, it’s that he pursued his passions fearlessly.

Now, just over six months after his death at the age of 24, his legacy will help others turn their own dreams into reality.

Following in Orton’s footsteps, his parents, George and Kristina Orton, have set up the Live Your Dreams Foundation. A nonprofit scholarship fund created to honor Orton’s personal drive and passion, the foundation will eventually kickstart the lives of other ambitious souls willing to risk it all on a crazy dream.
