Kootenai man charged with lewd conduct

SANDPOINT — Another Bonner County resident has been indicted on lewd-and-lascivious conduct charges by a grand jury.

Ian James Freir is charged with four counts of lewd conduct, according to the indictment. Freir on Monday made an initial appearance in magistrate court, where Judge Debra Heise sustained his $100,000 bail and ordered a public defender to represent him.
