Woman gets sentenced for endangerment

A Kalispell woman has been given a three-year deferred sentence after being found under the influence during a testy traffic stop last August.
Nicole Guillory, 41, pleaded guilty to felony criminal endangerment and misdemeanor drunk driving.
According to a court document filed by the Flathead County Attorney’s Office, a Kalispell police officer stopped Guillory on Greatview Drive on Aug. 24, 2013, and noticed several indications that she was under the influence.
When the officer asked Guillory about her driving, she allegedly fled on foot, leaving her 1-year-old and 6-year-old children behind.
She was immediately apprehended and detained.
After being placed in a police car, Guillory also allegedly slipped the handcuffs in front of her and began banging her head and hands on the cage.
In addition to handing down the deferred sentence, District Judge Robert Allison ordered Guillory to pay an $800 fine and ruled that she could not operate a motor vehicle unless it was equipped with an interlock system.
