Gothard Sisters
Flathead High School, 7:30 p.m., Saturday
The Seattle-based Gothard Sisters bring their award-winning, high-energy display of Irish fiddling, singing and dancing to Kalispell for the final show in the 2013-14 season for Flathead LIVE on Stage.
Greta, Willow and Solana Gothard began classical violin training and competitive Irish dancing at a young age leading them to leadership positions in their local youth symphony and to the Irish dancing World Championships. The Gothards have recorded six albums; their most recent, “Story Girl,” was named the album of the year in 2011 by Celtic Radio.
Admission is by season subscription or single tickets ($30 for adults; $15 for students; and $75 for a family), available at the door or online at flatheadvalleyliveonstage.org Also, anyone buying a new season ticket for 2014-15 will be admitted free to this final concert of this season.
Columbia Falls Community Choir
Columbia Falls High School Little Theatre, Saturday, 7 p.m.; Sunday, 2 p.m.
The choir, directed by Ron Bond and accompanied by Dawn Hashley, has been offering free concerts for more than 20 years. The choir’s 112 members have been meeting weekly since January to prepare for this year’s spring concerts.
Selections this year include “On the Sunny Side of the Street,” “Love is Here to Stay,” “Pop Goes the Weasel,” “Bein’ Green,” and the lively “Hold On!”
The concerts are free, but donations will be accepted to help cover the costs of purchasing music. A reception with refreshments will follow.
“The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen’s Guild Murder Mystery”
Polson Golf Course, Friday and Saturday, 7:30 p.m.; Sunday, 2 p.m.
The comedy will be presented by the Port Polson Players. Tickets are $14 for adults and $13 for senior citizens and students. Call 883-9212 or visit portpolsonplayers.com to make reservations.
