The Grand Coulee Project Hydroelectric Authority (GCPHA) is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data (RFQ) from engineering firms interested in providing professional services for GCPHA pursuant to Chapter 39.80 RCW. Qualifying firms must have licensed personnel with the knowledge and experience to provide inspection, design, construction management and quality assurance in the fields of civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering for new and existing hydropower plants. Provide full range of professional services to assist the potential FERC licensing and Bureau of Reclamation Lease of Power Privilege process for multiple hydropower and pump storage plants.
