Deadly crash is still under investigation

SANDPOINT — Idaho State Police are investigating whether intoxication factored into a deadly crash on U.S. Highway 2 east of Oldtown in March.
State police said Christopher Dale Jewsbury was headed westbound when he crossed the center line, sideswiped an eastbound sport utility vehicle and crashed head-on into an eastbound sedan that was trailing the SUV.
