POST FALLS — Police told The Press that the Post Falls couple missing since Sunday has been found safe.
Police say that Ray "Blaise" Koep, 70, and Susanne "Suzi" Koep, 66, became stuck in snow in a mountain area of either North Idaho or Western Montana and spent the night in their truck.
Police have not interviewed the couple and don't know all of the details yet.
"They're both fine and headed back home," Post Falls police Capt. Greg McLean said, adding that the couple has contacted family members.
