PLANTER: Thief ruins mom's day

To the thief or thieves that stole my white geranium in a terra cotta colored round planter right off my steps on Mother’s Day in the dark of night: I hope whomever it was for, be it your wife, mother, girl friend or for yourself, enjoys it.

If it was a gift, I hope that person sees this letter and then knows that it was stolen and that I cared for this geranium for over 15 years. Maybe if the recipient or thief reads this letter he/she will bring it back during the dark of night, just like when it was stolen.

I know times can be tough, but to steal a plant on Mother’s Day, you must be really proud of yourself(s)?
