McHugh, Charter mixed doubles still alive

Coeur d'Alene senior Cailtin McHugh went 2-1 on Friday at the state 5A tournament for the Vikings, who are tied for eighth after the first day at the Boise Racquet and Swim Club.

In the 3A tournament at Vallivue High, Ian Childress and Lura Bonney also went 2-1 in mixed doubles for Coeur d'Alene Charter. Tournaments in all three classifications conclude today.
