Dusty A. Welch, 30, Post Falls: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended, $880.50 in fines and two years probation for possession of a controlled substance.

Allonda M. Brown, 31, Spokane Valley: One year six months determinate penitentiary time and one year six months indeterminate time, penitentiary suspended and two years six months probation for burglary.
