Suit filed over deadly crash

SANDPOINT — A wrongful death suit has been filed against a motorist accused of causing a head-on collision on U.S. Highway 2 last March.
The suit seeks damages from Christopher Dale Jewsbury, who Idaho State Police said crashed his pickup truck into a sedan driven by Amy L. Brady.
Brady, a mother and armed services veteran, died at the scene of the March 14 crash near Albeni Falls.
