Mitchell is the rational vote
Noted left-wing writer Bill Baum has endorsed Commissioner Cal Scott in the Republican primary.
For those not familiar with Mr. Baum’s writing, he welcomeswolves and grizzly bears around him because, as he has written elsewhere, they “do not fear me as they ‘read’ my body language and ‘sense’ my emitted energy field and determine I am no threat to them.”
Sound crazy? Yep, it is. Large predators are programed to kill and eat mammals, regardless of “emitted energy fields.”
Mr. Baum’s endorsement of Cal Scott is just as wrong-headed.
Cal lied to newspapers about his education degrees. He lied in court (while under oath) about his “engineering degree,” which he does not have. When seeking to replace Jim Dupont, Cal failed to disclose his bankruptcy, which shows a couple hundred thousand dollars of credit card debt.
Only a person who believes he can communicate with grizzly bears through an “energy field” could endorse Cal Scott for anything.
For rational voters, the clear choice is Phil Mitchell for commissioner.
