SANDPOINT — The Idaho Court of Appeals is affirming convictions entered against a Bonner County man who was caught with an indoor marijuana growing operation and illegally possessing a firearm.
Bonner County sheriff’s detectives stumbled upon the growing operation while hunting for a fugitive in Samuels in 2011, after receiving a confidential tip that the subject was lamming it at a trailer on Artisan Way.
