Emerging real estate trends in the Inland Northwest will be examined Tuesday when the Urban Land Institutes of Idaho and the Northwest host a presentation at Mirabeau Park Hotel, Spokane Valley.

Lake City Development Corporation, the city of Coeur d’Alene’s urban renewal agency, is one of the event sponsors.

“The ULI’s Emerging Trends program provides national and regional real estate insights to the Coeur d’Alene community,” said Tony Berns, executive director of LCDC.

The local economy has benefited from this information, Berns said, as investors, real estate agents, developers and other stakeholders use the ULI insights in planning their business ventures.

From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m., the event will feature a variety of expert speakers from the Inland Northwest.

The cost to attend ranges from $20 for full-time student ULI members to $55 for private-sector non-member attendees.
