Crash near Royal hurts 7

ROYAL CITY - An evening 2-car crash five miles west of Royal City on Nov. 9 sent all seven persons involved to area hospitals.
According to the Washington State Patrol, two persons in one vehicle reside in California. Two others reside in Mexico. The three people in the second car reside in Idaho.
The collision occurred at Highway 26 and Adams Road at about 8 p.m. The cause was failure to yield.
According to the WSP, Carlos Bernal, 20, of Moreno Valley, Calif. was southbound on Adams with a 2014 Chevrolet Impala and failed to yield at the Highway 26 stop sign.
The WSP said the Impala was struck in the intersection by a 2001 Volkswagen Passat, driven by Keith C. Weekes, 25, of Lewiston, Idaho.
The California-Mexico people were taken by ambulance to Quincy Valley Medical Center. The people from Idaho were take by ambulance to Samaritan Hospital in Moses Lake.
