Connie Jean Collins, 60, of Bayview, Idaho, peacefully passed away on Nov. 7, 2014.

Connie was born in 1953 on New Year's Eve to Robert and JoAnn (Brott) Johnson in Tecumseh, Neb. She was known as the "Mom of Bayview" to most of the youth for many years as she raised her four children: son Jody Edward-Robert Burns, and three daughters - Crystal Burns, Candy Inbody and Melanie Borum. Her family was her life and she would give everything and do anything for them.

Connie lived in Bayview for more than 27 years and worked jobs that allowed her the opportunity to build friendships and impact the lives of many in the community. She was full of love and kindness to all she encountered.

Connie's joy was found in her grandkids, her love of gardening and being in the outdoors. She loved music and dancing and the moments she was able to just relax and appreciate the many wonderful creations of God.

Connie was preceded in death by her mother, Joann; and her sister, Marilyn. Because of Connie's great Faith in The Lord her family is comforted knowing that she is at rest in the arms of God.

We love you Mom; we will see you again!

The service for Connie will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, at Bell Tower Funeral Home, 3398 E. Jenalan Ave., Post Falls.

In lieu of sending flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in honor of Connie, at Potlatch 1 Federal Credit Union. Please visit Connie's online memorial and leave the family with a beautiful condolence at www.belltowerfuneralhome.com.
