CHOICE: Location, and attitude
Coeur d'Alene Press | UPDATED 10 years, 1 month AGO
I can’t help but wonder why Millie Hayes doesn’t move back to her beloved California. She must miss the sky high taxes, crowded everything, no water, rude people (especially those behind the wheel) and only one season. We call California the land of the Me-Me’s.
Why did she choose to live in a small town if she wants all the “big city” conveniences? Evidently it is too far to drive to Coeur d’Alene or Spokane to go to her favorite stores, and if Washington is better than Idaho, why, if she can’t return to California, doesn’t she live there? Spokane could give her all the conveniences she craves. I doubt Post Falls would miss her.
I feel sorry for her if she doesn’t have what it takes to learn to drive in the snow. Snow in Idaho is certainly safer than rain in California. There are more accidents in the California rain than in the Idaho snow.
How many insurances options does she need? They all cover about the same thing, so pick one that your doctor is in or your meds are on. Fewer choices make it easier to make a decision.
You can be happy or miserable wherever you are. The choice is yours. Millie chose to be miserable.
