BROWNING (AP) — A 2-year-old Browning boy who was the subject of a missing and endangered person’s alert has been found safe in Spokane, Washington, with his father.

Blackfeet Tribal Law Enforcement asked for the alert to be issued Monday for Hunter Crossguns. Tribal officials say the boy was taken from his grandparents on Oct. 3 by his father, Tyler Crossguns, who does not have custody of the boy.

The alert said that Tyler Crossguns uses methamphetamines and there was concern for the boy’s safety.
