SANDPOINT — There are at least a few more weeks left in the saga of the Mixed-Use Residential zoning changes after all.
Council members decided to make a few last-minute changes to the new zones at last week’s Wednesday meeting. They also tabled the ordinance that will transform areas zoned Commercial Neighborhood and Professional Office until the next council meeting. As for the ordinance detailing the specifics of the Mixed-Use Residential zoning, council members approved the measure but didn’t suspend the second and third readings, meaning it will need to be approved one or two more times before it goes on the books.
