POLSON – Last week, the Leader erroneously published a photo of Randall Joe Michel Sr., when it was supposed to print the photo of Randall Joe Michel Jr.

The correct photo is above.

The Leader and its staff deeply regret the error and wish to apologize to all whom it offended.

Michel Jr. is in court after Montana State Forensic scientists identified fingerprints found at the scene of a 2008 Burger Barn burglary as Michel Jr.

Michel Jr. will have an omnibus hearing Nov. 12.

Michel Sr. is an upstanding member of Lake County society.
